The ANZSNP is a professional organisation for those who practise neuropathology or are engaged in research and teaching in neuropathology within Australia and New Zealand. We conduct regular meetings, educational sessions and encourage training & research

Our Purpose

  • promote the study of diseases of the nervous system
  • facilitate the exchange of information and ideas, and advance the science and practise of neuropathology in Australia and New Zealand.

Membership

The Society has a membership including laboratory scientists, neuroscientists, neuropathologists and anatomical pathologists with an interest in neuropathology.

Membership of the society is open to persons who:

  • are graduates in the fields of medicine, science, veterinary science or who hold another appropriate qualification; and
  • who are practising or have practised neuropathology or who are engaged in research and/or teaching relevant to neuropathology in Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere.

Joining ANZSNP

Applications from those with science, medical, veterinary science or other relevant degrees who work or have worked in neuropathology, or who are engaged in research and teaching relevant to neuropathology in Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere are warmly encouraged.
